In Psychology we were given a pair of faces of the same girl. The pair of faces is similar, we were able to identify that one on the right is slightly pretty looking than the left, but we were unable to identify which part and why.

Our lecturer then explain to us that the one on the right is actually a composite face, meaning that it has been overlapped up to 33 times to achieve the effect of symmetry. Composite faces tend to be more symmetrical, a characteristic of strikingly successful, reproductively attractive people.
This the reason why we find models’ faces perfect, because their faces are usually symmetrical.
